Gerrit Steenkamp received a 75% deposit to reline a pool, balance of the money to be paid on completion of the work, after more than a month and many excuses later the pool is not finished yet. I had to send him a laywers letter and even went to his place of residence to get some sort of action out of him. He never supervised the little work that was done, he constantly make excuses for his non delivery i.e. wheather, staff not arriving, no funds for supplies or even not arriving at the site. The service i have received from this man is the worst I have ever experienced from anyone. I intend to legally persue the matter further. In short the following can be said re the service (not sure whether service is the correct word) recieved

- bad
- untrustworthy
- not dependable
- slow or non existent
