Leaking newly installed Harvey tile roof

If I knew then what I know now, I would never have installed a Harvey tile roof. When searching on the internet for roofing contractors, I found Harvey roofing contractors: [URL Removed] In May 2013, GIT Trading installed a new Harvey tile roof. In October, we had the first rains since the installation of the new Harvey Tile roof. The front of the house (where it has never leaked before) had water was coming down the walls and through ceiling. They fixed this leak with rubberising paint sealant. 29 November when it was raining, water was dripping from the naughty pine ceiling. The only reason water it is not all coming down into the house is due to the fact that the 100mm glass fibre insulation is soaking up the water. I contacted Harvey tile company and they sent a man to inspect the roof, he climbed onto the roof and took photos, measurements, etc., said I will receive a 'technical report'. When enquiring as to when I will receive the report, I was emailed a 'liability' disclaimer! Months later I still have a leaking roof and the people climbing onto the house roof have left many Harvey tiles deformed as they are made so thin and fragile if someone steps onto the tile it dents.
