CIELO LIFESTYLE ONLINE SHOPPING NIGHTMARE!!

On 22/11/2013 I had purchased a kiddies bed that was marked down at a great price. EFT payment was made on the same day and delivery was well within schedule. However upon assembling the bed I discovered they sent me an incorrect bolt which, upon making numerous trips to hardware stores I was told that it was a specialised bolt that is not easily obtainable. I managed to find a generic one however it was not compatible with the allen key provided so here I was, contesting with an unhappy 6 year old and a bed that I could not assemble nor logically ship back for just a single bolt that was missing! I filed a complaint on 28/11/2013 and to date have received no response. I cannot begin to describe my anger and frustration of the inconvenience that has been caused to me and the appualing lack of feedback received. I usually shop online but this has really left a bitter taste in my mouth. The sad truth is that once these people receive your money they could not care less! Shoppers be warned - if it's too good to be true, it probably is!! I am never making any purchases from Cielo Lifestyle or any Wheco affiliated company and I trust I will be compensated for my troubles.
