To cut a verrryyy loooong story short, we bought a house from weststreet construction, the house has prepaid electricity which is still under west street constuction, i am trying to get the account into my name at the municipality. However the sad story is that sometimes when we buy electricity we are told that its blocked, unless we pay a certain amount which is in arrears, its costing us a lot of money, sometimes we have to seat in the dark for somedays which we r trying to find the money, with a small baby of which we need to boil water for his feeding bottle for instance, life becomes so hard and when we contact danny (0834197289) he referes us to sarel (08338762856) and sarel wont even answer his phone, nothing has changed since we started informing them. they have made buying a house my worst nightmare, i want my money back, and i think i dont want the house anymore. Is there a remedy where i can get back my money which i used to pay for the difference when i was purchasing the house and also to cancell the bond, thank you.
