This is the 3rd time the prepaid electricity meter freezes over a weekend and cuts our power supply. We are left for the entire weekend with no electricity as no one is available at a call centre to assist, and owners do not answer their cell phones. I have a small baby that needs warm bottles and food.??? Needless to say every time the freezer defrosts etc. the estate has requested a replacement meter as this one is clearly faulty.
