I have been calling this company numerous time last month to explain to them that my laptop charger is not working. I spoke with Neo from service and repair dept and I explained everything to him & he told me that I have to bring both charger and laptop to them. He told me that their company won't come to my place to fetch laptop. On the 27th feb I have to travel from Pta to midrand in a taxi and when I arrive there, the guy who attended me told me that I have to live the laptop because if a laptop or charger have a prblm, mustek will order it free of charge because I'm under warranty. I did so. On the 11th march I received invoice from Christina Majatladi, wen I called her and enquire, she said I must send proof of purchase and they can see when my 2 years warrant expires. I did. Today I received email from Gladwin Mochaki telling me all the stories that I don't even know. Please let the manager of this company call me and explain to him/her everything
