I brought goods in through dhl Waybill: 9044679125. confusion about the price of the articale and the ballance is software. try to explain to dhl that the tarriff they are charging is incorrect. to contact them is impossible. left 3 telephone messages - unanswered sent 4 emails and still no response. i paid the money to custom just so my goods can be released. why is it impossible to deal with at dhl to help sort this matter. pathetic service in my opinion.
