In August '2012 Budget Auto inspected noise on suspension of my Jetta4 and serviced the suspension and supplied a new suspension service kit. They charged R5500. The noise still persisted. They suggested and fitted new Steering Rack and charged R5000. The noise still persisted. They suggested new shocks for R8000 which I declined as the shocks were fine. They however dismantled the car and after threats from me promised to fix the shocks. Then the break lights on dashboard showed which they fixed, but noise still persisted. They kept the car for 2 days and when they were finished the warning light of a faulty airbag system showed on dashboard. They refused to fix it and the noises on suspension was even worse after that. I was disillusioned and took car to Supa Quick who reported 2 loose front wheels and tirod nuts which were also loose. They supplied new shocks and charged me /- R1700. Please help.
