I have been trying to obtain a part for my Nissan Sentra for more than a week. The item was ordered and paid for on 31 January, only to find that the wrong code had been provided by Mr Sibeko. They were quick to take my money, but not quick to get what I so desperately need. My driver went back today after having been told that it would be ready, but, needless to say, it wasn't. Mr Sibeko needs lessons in customer service or he wont survive in the corporate world!
