A European tourist made a big dent in my parked car in Hermanus. He was kind enough to give me a copy of his rental agreement, and I contacted the lady at Avis in charge of third party claims [Email Removed]
I submitted all documents, as well as a repair quote. Until now, I got the "I don't care" attitude (no replies to my emails, no phone calls returned).
My company books a lot of cars with Avis worldwide, and we will now take our business elsewhere! Shame on Avis!!
