We bought a new vehicle for R699 per month (as advertised) - or so we believed. We were advised that we would receive 100% refund if certain terms and conditions were met. HOWEVER, this was not the case. On the client portal it states that we have received a 100% refund, yet there is a difference of R247 compared to what was ACTUALLY refunded to us, which has resulted in the premium of the vehicle to be R946 and not R699. We logged a request for someone to advise why there is a difference. It has been 2 weeks and we have not received an explanation. Yet when we applied for the vehicle, we were attended to immediately. I find it completely unacceptable. Not only because there appears to be hidden costs (and until someone has the courtesy to respond to our query - this is the only conclusion we are able to make), but the unacceptable level of after-sale service which we have received.
