I took my chery Tiggo to the roodepoort multifranchise in April 2013 as my car was not starting and then starting when ever it felt like it. I spoke to a women named Ronel who seemed willing to assist.much to my surprise she turned out to be very unhelpful my car stood there a whole week only to be told they can pick up no problem with my car.she then assured me if ever I get stuck she will send someone out to assist me.well that never happened always 1excuse after another. Now September 6 months later my car went in for another week and was told it was the petrol pump a claim was made against my warrantee and I then picked up the car after having to keep calling for progress on my car myself Ronel of course never available.i then spoke to Charmaine who was very helpful and assisted me when collecting my car and making sure everything was ok. I then drove away assured my car was fixed only to get stuck a hour later. I would like a answer as to where to from here as I need my car fixed as promise if a manager or someone who actually is willing to a assist can contact me I would really appreciate it.
