We booked a car online with budget in Cape Town and on our arrival received such bad service and rudeness - we had little children with us and this Mr Jones was abrupt, rude and extremely unhelpful as well as embarrassing us in front of other customers - there was apparently a problem with the online booking which he could easily have sorted out with a decent and respectful approach. On top of the bad service the car was awful and now they have blocked our account for 3 - 5 days which they did not advise us would happen.
NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BOOK A BUDGET RENT A CAR - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
