Good day
I urgently need some assistance regarding an issue I have with a vehicle bought and financed through Wesbank from Peugeot. I am currently facing some difficulties with Peugeot regarding some issues on the vehicle. Unfortunately they are not willing to assist me and I have been given an absolute run around.
When the vehicle was purchased through them there were a few concerns regarding some parts that needed fixing and so forth. The end result was that I took out a service plan through Wesbank as well as an extended warranty. The Peugeot salesman then advised me that they offer only 1 month warranty from their end but would extend it to 3 months for me. Over and above that he was supposed to arrange a spare key as well as a rear reverse light that needed replacing. All was agreed on and we proceeded with the deal. Hence I still have not received the documents stating that the warranty has been extended to 3 months, nor the key and light. I have been in contact with them in a back and forth motion endlessly since the deal was signed.
I now have issues with the vehicle and was told to take the vehicle to Nissan and have it quoted so that they can pay the money across to
