NO AFTER SALE CARE 1st request

Purchased GWM 2010 Florid.

Endless problems with regards to previously replaced airbag panel, Which has still not been repaired properly after several complaints. After putting in the new airbag panel, the poor workmanship on the dashboard was camouflaged with silicon (dashboard spray). Which is unsightly, untidy, the panel is warped and has scratches, which to date has not been changed and still different colors (Dashboard is dark grey and the airbag panel that was replaced is black).

The paint work on both front doors and the boot are rusting and the excuse given and as per the service manual " YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THE CAR IN EVERY 6 MONTHS FOR A PAINT INSPECTION". In the first 6months after purchase we had the car sent through to GWM Umhlanga (at the time Trading as Sy cars). After the inspection was complete by no fault of myself was the service book NOT stamped as this is not my duty nor is it my job to ensure that the service book be stamped after a paint inspection.

We trust that we will get the necessary response from GWM.
