We make use of multiple Postnet branches across SA.By mistake we've paid Postnet Rustenburg in late 2011. We brought it under their attention, but they refuse to refund the amount, as we need to pay it to the correct Postnet branch. They are not contactable telephonically, and we've followed up numerous times over the past year.
I've logged a query on the Postnet SA website as well, but still no feedback.
Could someone at Postnet please assist in sorting this out?
