Poor service from Chrysler /Jeep SA

My company insures all the vehicles for the company's management. In order to facilitate this they require a letter from the manufacturer stating the security features on the car. I have been asking Chrysler for 3 weeks to furnish me with this letter and they have not. I follow up almost every day and they make no attempt to assist me. I called in person at the Jeep dealership in Fourways and the sales manager Barrett Smith agreed to try and assist me, but did not. Despite my following up with phone calls and email. The Chrysler website does not allow any sort of escalation so it seems that I am unable to escalate my issue beyond their incompetent call centre. All i can advise people is to avoid buying Jeeps in future. They are not interested in assisting you at all once you have bought the car.

It would take no less than 10 minutes to draft the letter on an official letterhead, but 3 weeks later, nobody has been able to assist me. DONT BUY A JEEP!!!
