Hi, I'm having a problem with the above mentioned labour broker. My son (Sikhumbuza Kubeka) worked for them now they're not paying. As the concerned mother i have tried to follow up with them as what is the problem and they are sending me from pillar to post. Please intervene and assist as whenever I call they promise to call back and they never read Emails. The office I'm referring to is the one at The Star Johannesburg City centre, and I have been communication with Richard who has never given me any positive feedback.
They once mentioned the payment reflects as paid but they cannot provide provide so to verify who received the payment. Today I spoke to Luwelen at the Head Office who also couldn't assist and would not even provide me with a telephone number or email address of a person at the Head Office whom I may contact for assistance.
