Went to the Spur for my cousins little ones birthday cause Spur is his fav.
1. We were seated in such a way that half the table was trapped and had to climb either over the table or under the table to get out.
2. Waiter showed up to ask for drinks them disappeared.
3. 40 min later he showed up with drinks and asked for our order we all only ordered main courses to save time as Spur was busy.
4. Another hour passed no food no refill on drinks. no waiter.
5. Went to ask one of the managers where is the waiter did he get lost and he still never came until much later.
6. 6 of the eight orders was wrong food was cold.
7. Had to beg them to sing for the little boys birthday.
I have been going to Spur since I was a little girl it has always been one of my fav's
Service has never been this pathetic.
I am very disappointed in Spu
