Terrible service and food

On the 24 January 2013, My wife took me to this spur for my birthday. We had to literally beg someone to serve us, and to top it all the food was cold, the desert was melted, and we eventually walked out the store because no one cared. Yet I used to go to this spur about 3 or 4 times a week. Thank you spur for making my birthday a pathetic experience at your store. There was a manager who ran to our car and took our numbers but never to call.
