I must say after our TERRIBLE experience regarding poor service and attitude from the Manager of this KFC, I was contacted immediately regarding this matter by a " NATHI", whom may I just add is a GREAT example to this company. He could really show some of the staff there a thing or 2!! Yesterday he dealt with my complaint with great determination to keep me coming back to this branch and compensated us for there inconvenience. Talk about going the extra mile! Big Ups to this Man!
Other than this, Thank You so much for everything Nathi.
I will be most definitely be returning back to this store.
