Inexcusable service :( :(

Upon arriving at the restaurant the tables were full and I understanbly waited for a table to become available. We made the staff on duty aware that we will wait. After waiting for close to fifteen minutes to be seated on the next available table, a lady who came while we were waiting was seated before us and no service was given to us. The staff later claimed that they could not help it
