My family and i arrived at SPUR GATEWAY as we usually do on most weekends we were seated as usual the waiter had taken the order we ordered starters and beverages which we instructed to waiter be brought with the main meals. We decided to move to another table near the kids play pen area the waiter acknowledged this and another waiter was appointed to us. The 2nd waiter never brought the starters he brought the main meals, which was cold all portions of the onion rings with each was burnt and the beverages never came. I than asked the waiter how come all the food is cold and all the onion rings are burnt. He said he doesnt know he will call the manager. SENIOR MANAGER SIBUSIO arrived after some time. He went offered to redo one order and redo the onion rings and after explaining everything that happened, he too 15mins to bring the meal and the onion rings and still we never got the beverages. The 2nd waiter came back while SIBUSIO was there the waiter proceeded with a highly negative attitude with the manager about the situation. SUBUSIO just left still no beverages came through. I ask a waiteress MARIE for salad dressing as it was empty, she told me she is not our waiter and she cant refil
