We had supper at your canal walk branch last night at 7pm. We opted for your restaurant as we have always been a huge fanA.pp on ordering 2 milkshakes and a coffee, my husband discovered that the cream that was put on top of the milkshake was sour, my coffee tasted nothing like the Wimpy coffee i am use to (i do drink allot of wimpy coffee).the waitress came and replace the milkshake with one without the cream, nothing said about my coffee. We then ordered a Dagwood, when it arrived the bread was hard, and the patty was freezing cold as if it was take out of the fridge and put on not even warmed up. At this point we called the manager, who just said o we can warm another patty for you and put in on a side plate, I am sorry but this was not acceptable, the whole Dagwood was incorrectly made and ice cold and hardly had any sauce on it, we returned the Dagwood as my husband could only eat half as it was that bad. We were not charged for the coffee and milkshake, but this has put a sour taste in our mouths and we will not return to Canal Walk wimpy, i suggest the owner do something about this as i am sure we were not the only customers complaining. thank you, Yolande
