I ordered the Marley's Moment (mozz, creamy spinach, olives, feta, roast beef) pizza and my friend ordered a plate of chips. Our coffees were fine. When the pizza came it was cold, I could not grab any waiters' attention so we continued to eat. The pizza base was so thin that you could not lift it with your hand (it was similar to the texture of phyllo pastry without the layers & crunch). It says "roast beef" on the menu, what I got seemed to be more like cold slices of pastrami meat (without the spice). The waitress / waiter eventually decided to come to our table and I informed her (short with long brown hair - did not get the name) that the pizza was cold. She did not know what to say and took the pizza & chips to the kitchen to be placed in doggy bags. After about 10 minutes she arrived with the 2 doggy bags not saying a word. This was the first time I ordered a meal at the Caf? (usually stick to coffee & cake), but I can ensure you it also happened to be my last visit there. Really disappointed after paying R116 for our lunch & coffees and not even one apology. There was a guy that seemed to be a duty manager, but he walked around without speaking to any customers...
