So i visited the afore-mentioned branch on 16 July at approximately 14:20, my partner wanted a milk shake but when we got there we saw these fresh lokking cakes that looked like choc flat choc muffins, the Indian lady (whose name i didnt get unfortunately) was very proactive and quickly informed us that those those were freshly baked and that we could have them with either ice cream or cream, chocolate sauce and fudge sauce so we had one with ice cream and one with cream. Upon eating i realise there was an ingredient that didnt sit well with my taste buds so we couldnt finish it. The other lady took our plates away and shortly afterwards the Indian lady came to our table to ask if everything was okay with our plate, we replied yes except there was a peanut like thing that we didnt like, she was kind enough to inform us that those were peacan nuts so we said we didnt ike them. For her to have come o our table to get direct feedback or to ensure that we were happy was just mind blowing. Wehen u get such great service you frget that you just spent money on something u didnt even finish. i applaud her as well as the rest of the staff as they were all very kind and proactive.
