Signed a policy contract that with instructions that the two policies i was taking should commence in 27 April but money was debited in March, requested for my refund its been two weeks now and it has not been paid send emails and calls nothingn (no answer or put on hold for 20 munites) i was even pushed to cancel the policy due to bad service.
