After 3 weeks, 2 branch visits, tons of phone calls to the call centre and unknown amounts of emails, I still have no feedback or even a call in connection with several large amount transactions taken off my card, some as many as 4-5 times the same transaction a day, yet I am the one sitting at a loss and with the repercussions of these unknown transactions.

The lack of help, feedback, assistance, urgency or attempt to resolve is beyond atrocious and unacceptable.
