I loaned R2500 from Wonga, In that time I tried to log into my account but was told email not found, I have sent many emails to the email addresses listed on wonga's website, I have phoned the wonga call center and was told its a outomated service and all they can do is change an email address.
I am not using the same bank account anymore and wanted wonga to debit my new bank account on the due date, I have proof of my phone call to wonga and I have proof of the emails send o wonga.
I will give wonga 24 hours to contact me or I will ask my attorney to issue a summons for damages wonga is causing to my itc report.
This is at the negligence and bad service of wonga not mine, even if I have to pay my attorney to apply for a high court order to stop wonga from trading in until such time as they can offer a proper financial service in terms of the national credit act I will do so.
