I have been in Europe for 10 days and Nedbank Visa is unable to activate my cards even though the have confirmed before departure and during my stay here. All I can say is Nedbank VISA is a mess and any complaint is met with "We are looking into it and will get back ASAP" Needless to say it has not ocurred in 10 days. I am without backup and support form Nedbank VISA!!
