I paid the monthly amount and emailed the slip to the insurance which happened on the 08 November 2012 09:10 AM. Early this year I received letters regarding the outstanding payments, than I attached the same proof again on the Tuesday, January 22, 2013 12:18 PM, also We had requested a new funeral policy for Mr Mdlaose on the 2012 October 15 AOG Movement and sent the Application Form .but it still not yet processed.
They are still taking money for two people that have passed on in 2011 already.
I also asked them to send me a Certificates for the Covers that are under Mr William Boy Mokhothu but still I haven't received anything on the Tuesday, January 22, 2013 12:18 PM, still nothing has been done
