Account send to creditors without communication

I've logged a query with FNB since last year and I haven't had a resolution till now. I need FNB to clarify for me how did a personal debit account i had with them kept open till now and accumulate interest of R10000.00. moreover the account has been send to creditors and they never communicated how the account accumulated the interest.
