I tried to submit a claim with the contact centre regarding good at my house that was broken during renovations. The agent that I spoke with then advised that I cannot submit a claim since the goods were accidentally broken and said I must go through my policy document. And nowhere in the policy documentation it is stipulated that claims for goods that were accidentally broken are not covered. I read through it over and over again and what the consultant said is invalid. Can somebody look into this as right now I am considering cancelling the policy as it serves no purpose. it is the 3rd year now have not even submitted a claim.
