Discriminated due to parents

Recently (tuesay 14/01) I applied for a personal loan over internet banking with Absa. As I have done in the past. Previously it took you a very short time to apply and get the loan. This time something was wrong and i could not complete the transaction over internet banking as in the past. Upon trying to get in touch with the consultants at the lending department. they finally came back to me on the friday (17/01) at 11 o clock. I could not get a loan this time because apparently i was linked to businesses. So upon enquiry the lady informed me it was because my parents were self employed at some stage in their life and advised me that i have to go to a branch to correct my profile. The saturday, went to a branch, no one knows what to do as the department which they must contact is closed on a saturday. The following monday the branch phones me and advises that the situation occurred due to the fact that my parents way back when sponsored my student loan (at that stage they were both self employed, therefore the business link). The branch then initiated a process to get this right. I have still to hear from them. And due to this delay the loan was not even necesarry.
