Last year in November I went to Legal wise for assistance in my CCMA case. They opened a file for me and set me up with a Lawyer. Then the Lawyer said when CCMA contacts me with a date, I must set up a meeting with him to discuss our defence. I did as he said, only on the day we were suppose to meet he was not there and so his assistance called him and asked him if he had not forgotten about our appointment and he said no, I must wait he is coming. I waited for 2hrs and he never pitched, his assistance tried him again before I left and his phone was switched off. Mind you he made a duck when it was only two days before the case date. So on the same day I went to Legal wise and told them that the lawyer that they appointed for me is unreliable and gave them the whole details of what happened. they called him and he said he had another appointment he had to attend, they asked him why did he not call me back to re-arrange another appointment. Anyway Legal wise said they will look for another lawyer for me and will get back to me. I went to CCMA to try and reschedule my case date and CCMA said Legal wise must write them a letter and then they will take it from there.
