The 1st thing you do is send out letters informing shop tenants that you are planning to remove the security surveillance cameras (and the staff that man them and the button for the tyre spikes, not mentioned in the letters we received). This is done while you are in process of selling the shopping centre. the tenants, as well as myself objected, but you still went ahead and removed.
