I DID PUT IN A COMPLAINT LAST YEAR DECEMBER 2013 FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW, REGARDING HER MONEY SHE TRIED TO WITHDRAW FRON AN ABSA ATM BUT NO MONEY WAS RECEIVED FROM THE ATM. SHE DID RECEIVE A PHONE FROM ABSA BUT WAS NOT OF MUCH HELP. SHE WAS TOLD TO CONTACT SASSA. AFTER MAKING FEW PHONE CALLS TO SASSA, FINALLY GOT SOMEONE WHO THEN EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE. AND THAT ABSA IS SUPPPOSE TO HAVE ASSISTED HER WITH THE MATTER IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE WHOLE EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT HAPPENED WAS EXPLAINED IN THE FIRST COMPLAINT.
