This is my 3rd i report in 2 MONTHS of FNB insurance brokers service and i am still DISGUSTED. i cancelled my policy on the 4th december 2013 yet FNB insurance brokers debited my account on the 28th december 2013. i called in numerous times to the call centre and spoke to numerous consultants that have no clue on what's going on. when i querried why i was debited when i strictly gave instructions to cancel the lady to me and said FNB insurance brokers debits my account and all clients accounts in arrears. i argued with her that is not what the 4 other brokers told me. she still insisted that i was wrong and she is right. i checked my policy schedule and guess what? it states under the premium payment section of the policy & i quote" the premium is payable in advance" so who is lying. i urge all members of the public to avoid this pathetic excuse of a company. the brokers are DISHONEST & RUDE.they say one thing but do the opposite i have spoken to my attorneys once again and i will be serving you's a letter. I WANT MY FULL REFUND YOU SKELMS! PLEASE BE READY BECAUSE I AM GOING TO TAKE YOU TO TASK.THIS IS AGAINST THE FAIS ACT AND FNB INSURANCE BROKERS SHOULD BE DEBARRED!!!
