This is my second complaint in 1 month about Direct Axis. Also the second time in one month that they have illegally debited my account. After an initial incident on the 14th of December 2013, I called Direct Axis on the 17th of December 2013 to rectify the problem. I then received calls on the 18th, 19th, and 20th of December 2013 to make "arrangements" (in inverted comma's because that word means NOTHING to Direct "I do as I please" Axis). I was then debited on the 31st of December 2013, after they had already debited me in the very same month. I expect to receive another apologetic call from the company expressing their deepest apologies and "promising" to rectify the situation immediately. Fortunately for the consumer we have the Ombudsman on our side, and that's how I am dealing with the situation
