This is the 2nd case i have logged against ABSA home insurance for the same claim. My first case is still unsolved. I submitted a claim with them to replace a broken window over a month ago. Today PG glass was at my house, but because ABSA is so useless and can't even process a simple claim in more than 30 days, they had to leave without repairing the window.
ABSA - I will pay for the window myself, which is probably what you wanted in the first place. Please don't contact me, either via mail or phone. I will be cancelling my policy with you and will also move all my business elsewhere. You are the most useless organization i have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.
