I have a loan with fnb, i was recently over indebted and have sorted the assistance of debt solution company. FNB Loans have decided to ignore all correspondents sent to them both by my self and the debt solution company. the first letter informing them of such a relationship was sent to them on the 07/10/2013, and every single time when i speak to its consultant they all promise to call me back. i have also sent the documents personally to one of the consultants and she promised to send them to the relevant department and to call me back. till this day i have had no response from them. on the 27 of November they decided to deduct a debit order from an account that they where not supposed to as they have no right to debit that account. i recently spoke to one of their consultant who informed me that the debt mediation process was cancelled by who no one knows as they have not informed me or the debt solution company about this. another thing was is their online contract not the same as their telephone contract? i need my debit order to be returned as i have spoken to one of their consultants who refused to return my fund with bad attitude. I need my money back and fast.
