To whom it may concern
i called your call centre 2 days ago to query my update policy for 2014, the call centre agent could not assist me and nor could the team leader. i was told one of the manager would be giving me a call to sort out my query. its been 2 days since my call and still no one has provided me with any feedback.
I would also just like to mention that i received an updated policy from Miway and even though i have been a good client, paying all my premiums on time, and i ahve not claimed for the past 4 years, Miway still has the cheek to increase my premiums and to increase my Excess that i need to pay from 2000 to 3500. Wake up guys, you will be loosing a good customer if someone does not assist me with sortiing this out
