FNB Destroys family holiday

On Saturday 14/12/13 I tried to withdraw R3000 from my account, I received a SMS telling me the funds was reversed back into my account and the transaction was unsuccessful. So, having some faith in my bank, I left the issue there. Sunday morning I woke up to find the money was gone, out of my account. The money is somewhere floating around. again. Since it is Sunday and the Monday is a public holiday I can't get any assistance from my bank. FNB left me and my family stranded 500km's from my home because of a POOR system. After depleting my cellphone air time to try and get some assistance from customer care. I was told to find a FNB branch and make a dispute.

FNB does not care about clients, they offer zero assistance over the telephone and if anything should happen to your money, they will always make a fool out of you.

Avoid FNB at all costs. They have a lot of issues, I will encourage my friends, family and co-workers to try alternative banks. I will also post this complaint on Facebook and Twitter.
