PAYMENT TAKEN OFF BEFORE DUE DATE!!!

Complained last year about FNB running early debits and it's happening AGAIN!!! I have a Smart Spend loan account with FNB and just received notification from my bank that the FNB debit order is coming off my account today being 13 December. This debit order is only supposed to run on the 25th of every month. So I suppose I'm going to get slapped with bank charges if my debit order does not go through. Disgusted!!! Don't even want a phone call from them... just to peeved to even deal with them
