Please see previous post by me earlier the year for the whole story.
Since then i cancelled my policy and got emailed & telephonic confirmation that my policy has been cancelled and that all money's have been sorted. This was end of Oct. Then i started receiving calls asking me if I don't want to take out a policy again witch i refused. So on 09/12/2013 I received a msg stating that I owe them R320.78? I phoned them to find out what was going on, after 35min on the phone I was told that it was the exess for the operation my son when for in Aug 2013. The best is they didnt pay for it, I paid it cash R15689.45, when i claimed it back the only paid back R6000.00 odd. Now they still want another R320.78. This is why i cancelled my policy because they are useless. If that money goes off my account i will go to the media with it.
