I am tired of the customer service there by Capitec Bank Tembisa Plaza. There are VIP's who don't queue at all. We get there in the in the morning the next thing you see someone smiling to the equiry tellers and the next thing they are helping her. What is wrong with that? It has happened several times while i was there. Its all about who do you know. If you don't know anybody you are in deep. The samething happens by their ATM machine. if there is a queue and it happens that you know someone from the bank. They go in and come out with the friend who works by capitec so that he/she can escort them infront to be the next to draw.
PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE...:(
