UCount Tiering not working correctly?

According to my Tiering Estimator I am on Tier 2, but I should be on Tier 3 as I am also doing Internet Banking with at least 5 transactions for payments and transfers per month. However the Tiering does not recognise this. I phoned UCount once, Ref No 4119732, and was told to go to Standard Branch. When I went there they had to phone UCount again, Ref 4141245, and we were told that they would phone us back on Monday 18 Nov 13. To date we have not received a phone call. I have always used my BA Credit Card for Avios. Now I use my cheque card for UCount rewards and don't benefit and I also lose my Avios. How can this be fixed? And will I get my correct rewards according to Tier 3 since I qualify for it? Fred
