3 weeks ago we applied for a bond through SA Homeloans, We submitted all the required documentation through one of out personal email addresses, included in the documentation was my payslip and bank statements and my employer details, yet they still proceeded to call a company i do not work for to confirm employment twice both times telling them that the number they were calling was not the company i am working for, their mistake now costing me alot of money time and hassles, we called The manager Tobie at SA Homeloans and told him we werent happy with the service he then proceeded to tell us to then go somewhere else if we werent happy, we still have no answer to what is happening wit our bond, its disgusting that they dont care and turn away business like this, perhaps they are so big that they just dint care. disgusted never recieved such bad service in my life!
