On the 18/10/2013 a R1000 was deposited into my account and the very same amount was available to use in full, I then did an ewallet for an amount of R590 to 0761188 then another ewallet to 0833990 for an amount of R2000, then on the same day of the 18/10 I went to woollies and used R207.00 which was delayed to be processed, then on the 19 oct an overdraft fee of R30 and interest on debit balance of R47.09 which bought my balance to R5067.09 and I was charged R135 as an excess fee for the overdraft, when I came to the branch I wanted the R135 to be reversed because its charged due to the overdraft fee and interest on debit balance transactions that were billed on the 19 instead of 25th like all the other bank charges. Nathi's response to me was that unfortunately the reversal cannot be done because I must monitor the dates of the bank charges and if they go on a date that's not suitable for me then I was suppose to contact the bank to change them, I refuse to accept it because if I can be shown a document were I authorized FNB to deduct this charges on the 20th and other charges on the 25th then maybe I would accept the his lame story. i want my R135 back
