I was involvered in an accident. Immediately I contacted Kingprice.
1 There was no response at cliet services or the emergency line.
2 I was prompted to leave a msg, no feedback
3 Continuously called them, one promised to e mail, no feedback
4 Car assessor has left out some quotes
5 Car at dealership, unable to fix the car as there are things missing eg no paint quote
6 Quick to lead customers to join, terrible, inconsistent service if you are lucky to get through
7 Will never recommend them, looking to terminate contract and pursue legal grounds due to not providing a service I am paying for.
